Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Downloadable software products or digital services.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Perishable or consumable goods.

  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale.”

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Depending on your payment provider, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items that are returned with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned after the 7-day window (if accepted at our discretion).

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if prepaid return labels were used.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely, include proof of purchase, and ship it back to us.
